Metro by T-Mobile provides great and helpful customer service. The staff is amicable, helpful, and efficient, not trying to waste time. They assist with paying bills, looking at new promotions, and getting the phones and plans customers want. They help by using text messages or writing down crucial information to communicate. Although sometimes only one person is working, the service remains very good. It is considered the best in town by many.
The salesman that sold me.My phone knew my needs and gave me a perfect phone. When I had a problem , I went back to the store and he fixed it within a couple minutes with no wait He is so kind and has a lot of patience.
