Tried on pants, suddenly had a code brown emergency. Bathroom is super convenient to dressing room and was able mad dash to the butt sink. Had Old Navy pants on, nobody axed me nothing, they saw the desperation. They didn't even judge when I put the pants back and walked out without a purchase. Music sucks, but the people are cool like beans.

This old navy sucks. The management is extremely rude, her name is Joana or something like that. She did not like me using my own mothers reward points (i had permission from my mom). Just a very snotty person for absolutely no reason at all. Will not be back to this location.

Didn't enjoy it it was hard to find anything for my kiddo because they were low on stock but that's understandable and I was followed through the store won't be going there again

Every time i’ve come into this store there has been some non-existent sale being promoted. Then, once you get up to the front the employees are just as confused as you are and won’t offer any help outside of staring at you trying to make it make sense. I’m not sure if that’s some sort of tactic to encourage customers to spend more money, but it isn’t okay. This may not be the first (or second) time this location has done this to me, but it IS the last because I will not be returning. Zero’s across the board!

My family and I enjoy this Old Navy. It's quiet and well staffed and the selection is always decent and prices are okay.

We had 7 full outfits and wanted to try them on. We were denied access t9bthe dressing rooms, even though it was an hour before closing time. Never again will we shop here.
