Should be zero stars. The guys that check you in are nice enough, but the people that do the loading are extremely slow. Been here 3 hours now and they just told me it should be another hour. It doesn’t take this long to load a truck. Management should be fired or seriously disciplined for neglecting their job and their customers. This place is a joke and I definitely will recommend to dispatch to ignore the brokers or charge them $200 an hour wait time when it comes to this place. The Pactiv facility in Greensboro is a very busy location and they will get you in and out in no time at all.
It’s very simple, you pick up the pallet (the one that’s part of the load that should be ready because YOU called for a truck to be there), and then you put it in the trailer! It’s really just that simple! If you don’t have the load ready, then don’t call for someone to pick it up, that’s not very smart.

In my own experience in this place, it was very bad, more than 4 hours waiting. The truth is, I do not recommend it and personally I will never return to this place.

My experience was quite a positive one. 3pm appointment
Checked in at 10 am out by 11 am. Seamless and smooth experience.

Very kind. Very efficient. No overnight parking. You do have to drop your trailer in the door and park in a bobtail parking section. Only took an hour to get me in and out.

Not deserving any stars, just goggle requests minimum 1 to leave review, stay away from place like this, come here and be ready to wait 5 hours to load minimum. Very slow process to load trailers. Come with your food and ready to sleeping. Don’t believe me, come and proof by your self and u going be the part of bunch of drivers with same. Good luck fellas!!!
