Pilot Travel Center in Salisbury, NC, offers a welcoming stop for travelers with friendly service and clean restrooms. The center features high-speed fuel pumps for gas, diesel, and DEF, along with EV charging stations. Amenities include Wi-Fi, overnight parking, and showers, which, while newly built, could use some improvements like privacy locks and better design. The staff is noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, with special recognition for the Subway employee who provides excellent customer service. Although the parking lot design can be challenging for semis, the experience remains generally positive, with clean facilities and a variety of food options, including fresh snacks and coffee. Overall, Pilot Travel Center is a reliable choice for those on the road, especially for professional drivers seeking convenience.

Pilot itself and associate and management is absolutely amazing. It's just getting into the Pilot to get fuel is headache. Truckers stop and block up the entrance to go to Bojangles and get something to eat. The driver don't care about anyone else.
