Quality Inn & Suites offers a good location for business needs. The front desk staff, including a manager and another employee, are frequently described as amazing, friendly, kind-hearted, and accommodating, with phenomenal customer service skills. They are noted for going above and beyond for guests. The rooms have clean bathrooms and well-laid beds, with good water pressure. However, some rooms need an update, and issues like a horrible shower head, a dirty carpet, and improperly cleaned appliances have been reported. The parking lot is small but manageable. A free breakfast is offered, described as quite good though with limited options. Some policies, like not accepting debit cards, were noted as a drawback.
Room was clean. The decor inside and out needs some attention. Kind of old looking and needs upgrades.

This hotel is in need of a total remodel. The location is perfect but the lighting is not good. This hotel has great potential if upgrades are made ASAP!!!!

I was in town for work for a few days and stayed here. Had a great experience, all things considered. Room was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was solid. Value was excellent. Can’t ask for much more, as far as I’m concerned.
