My mother rented a storage building here for 5 years. It was broken into and had over $5,000 or more worth of stuff taken lots of antiques and the worst of it was material things that we can never get it back. When i called i was told there was nothing they could do there was no way they could find out who did it even though the camera was right above her storage door. So i sure wouldn’t recommend renting from here.

As the pandemic continues, there are many services that are still having difficulty with customer service- ie: reaching them through phone, etc. We have always been able to reach customer service at Mr. Storage, and responses to inquiries have been quick and friendly. Thank you for providing a safe place for our belongings, and for good customer service. Valerie has continually been very helpful. Ramona and Spencer

Very friendly staff , Valerie was very helpful and informative. The space is clean and bigger than you would of thought. A 10x20 feels like a 10x30 because of the amount of head space to the roof. Very easy to access and close by

Have have not had one problem since Ms Valerie has been on the job she takes my payment sends me my receipts within matter of minutes any issues that I've had she solved them within an hour or so if not less then and I appreciate that and it makes it very convenient to me as the customer and so I do appreciate her and that's the reason that they have my rating that it is.

Very nice facility. Clean and well maintained. Owners are very responsive to questions both before and after renting a unit. Will do business with them again!

I've been renting a unit at this facility for some months now. Facility is very clean, secure and we are very happy with the experience we've had there. Owners are very knowledgeable, professional and all fees are explained up front. Would highly recommend!
