The Salisbury Sharonvview Federal Credit Union is by far the best banking institution I have ever dealt with! Oscar and his team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and make banking with them a wonderful experience from handling my own accounts, but also managing my parents accounts as power of attorney. It is easy to make an appointment with an advisor and get financial advice and information. What has taken me weeks to take care of at other banks took a 1 hour meeting with Oscar in his office. He was able to handle everything from transferring funds, setting up an online account, setting beneficiaries, creating paperwork to transfer IRA's, ordering checks, etc.Their portfolio of services and products offered far exceed other banks I have dealt with over the last several months in trying to tidy up my parents accounts. I am in the process of transferring all of our monies to SFCU. Their return rates are very competitive and the service offered is exceptional. You cannot go wrong entrusting your investments with them. They make you feel like you're part of their family.

My husband and I have banked at SFCU for over 10 years and they have never disappointed. Today was my first day visiting the Salisbury branch, Blake was very attentive and made me feel appreciated. We're so glad we made the decision to switch to SFCU all those years ago!

This has been the worst banking experience ever! I have been without my debit card since September 17th. My card was cancelled while I was out of town for suspected fraud. It was me trying to use my card to get my own money! Spent nearly 2 hrs through fraud protocol. Just to have my debit card cancelled! Multiple calls after I got home. Being transferred and out on hold. 25 days later. No debit card. A week and a half ago a guy from the Salisbury branch named “Calib or Caleb” calls and says he physically has had my card for a week. And wanted to verify my address before sending. And was very condescending…. Says he was physically going to put my card in the mail via snail mail…. That was 9/29. Today is 10/11. Still…. No debit card. Just spent another half hour on the phone. Speaking to an agent…. Then a supervisor just to get put on hold when I asked her to reach out to Calib at the branch who said he physically had my debit card…. To just get hung up on again. And not called back. I don’t feel like a member owner. I don’t even feel like a member.

During my research on local credit unions, I came across Sharonview and decided to step in to open an account. I am glad I did.I would say this small bank has a big heart? I was impressed by people who work there.Oscar and Joel are great professionals who care about making clients feel welcome and providing top-notch services to anybody who enters the building. They do their jobs wholeheartedly. The atmosphere there is cheerful and friendly.I highly recommend Sharonview Credit Union in Salisbury to anyone looking for a welcoming inclusive setting where they can manage their finances.

Joel is the reason I am loyal to SFCU. He listens and always figures things out. Service is excellent like years ago. Sharonview should give Joel a big raise, because it is rare to find a banker who knows your name when you walk in and who always smiles.
