Ordered breakfast 11/25/25 and female cook was cleaning counter with her hand with gloves on wiping counter and other stuff off while man was making sandwiches she walks over and place her dirty glove after wiping everything down with it and helped young man hold down sandwiches while he wrapped then she changed her glove after touching sandwiches with contaminated gloves on.I took the sandwiches and threw them in the garbage can the kitchen staff needs to be learned and talked to about being clean and sanitary towards people foods!!!

You would think a large corporation could fix the e85 pumps. It has been broken for 6 weeks. There are people who repair them. And at least put a bag over it.

First time here. Waist of time. Strange order and pay process. You have to go to another kiosk to pay after the order kiosk. THE FOOD IS LIKE MICROWAVE MEALS. They claim fresh made but it’s all from frozen. The exact kind of food that people who are remotely healthy stay away from. I would rather eat fast food and any chain at that. A lot of work, time, and money for nasty terrible food.

The manager && food staff went well above and beyond expectations. They all deserve a raise. Nicest employees at a Sheetz I have seen this far being a truck driver

Stopped 9/11/2025 9:20 pm. Inside clean and organized. Bathrooms clean. Would get 5 stars but most trash cans at pumps were overflowing. Just use Sheetz gas once in a while because i have DFI engine and they do not sell top tier gas. Food employees and service good at this Sheetz

Sheetz overall corporate needs their brains checked and all the stores in NC need to be closed.. SUNDROP AND CHEERWINE is a Carolina thing...best drink ever... you go to pa and can get sundrop in almost every sheetz ive been in but u come to NC and u can't get either in any store...I will never waste my time going into a sheetz again seeing they ain't smart enuff to know anything...I luv the mto's but to hell with them too..besides twice in Ohio ive had items stolen including a phone and can't get the proper help from management on that either...
