Rude cashier. I never been in this store before and the guy behind the counter seemed miserable with his life so he takes it out on the customers. I decided to not make a purchase and go to another store because of the attitude this guy had.

Can’t pay at the pump, can’t use my shell account bar code to pay at the counter. There is no running water and the clerk said to go somewhere else for the restrooms. Squeegees are falling apart. They did have gas for 20 cents more expensive than the BP across the street. Rubbish.

Very slow diesel pump. Would’ve spent 100+ on fuel but didn’t want to wait an hour

I recently went to this gas station for the first time moving here on Valentine’s Day and the guy with the red hair I believe and beard was very rude and I only asked if it’s just the beer they can’t sell or all of the alcohol in the coolers because there was a sign saying beer can not be sold. I then get a response saying no just all the alcohol in a rude tone. Then I asked oh really why is that because the ABC store was closed so I thought people just weren’t selling alcohol at all on that, but I received a very rude attitude with his response while he was on his phone for no reason because I was curious what a shame. It’s okay though it’s a gas station I will just not be attending to.

Their prices are consistently higher than the gas stations across the street. If you like sheet your better off going to another on route to your commute

The older man with the ponytail is rude and always rushing people and some of the things that have been said by him should have gotten him fired

The mechanic drained our transmission fluid on our 2017 VW All Track instead of the oil. Then proceeded to fill the oil with the new quarts thus doubling the oil in our car which also means he did not check the dipstick upon completion. We broke down in Winston the next day on our way to Boston where I was in a wedding (we missed the wedding completely). Our transmission was completely incinerated. We sat with our two kids on the side of the highway for 2 hours in the sun and spent 3 weeks without a car. Jerry's insurance documented and covered the damage but Jerry himself was rude, unapologetic and refused to reimburse our $120 (yes, you read that right, $120) for the oil change which his insurance cannot cover because they can only cover the fees for 'resulting damage' not the initial fee for service. We have gone back in two times to be reimbursed the $120 and Jerry is unwilling to pay for it. So, if you want sub par mechanics and a rude, selfish, and unempathetic owner, go to Jerry's on Jake Alexander Blvd. I'm so thankful our family was safe when our transmission burned up underneath us. What kind of mechanic drains the transmission instead of the oil? So many times the mistake could have been caught; what does that say about the level of integrity at this service station. Terrible! It's one thing to make a mistake but another to treat a family so poorly who have been troubled by your incompetence.

Bathrooms in back of building. Card transaction at the pump requires you to answer several questions (carwash etc) before pumping.

A disgrace to the Shell name, this station is stuck in 1975 with locked bathrooms on the outside, employees warning of crackhead, no coffee and the opposite of what I expect when I buy Shell gas.
