“I went to the FedEx Store on 7/13/26 at 6:55 pm to have something faxed and the store manager Stacie was getting ready to go home, but she stayed to help me fax 52 pages that took 40 minutes. She could had told me that it would take too long but she stayed to help a customer. Kudos to Stacie for helping me out. Great customer service in Salisbury NC FedEx.”
“I went to Fedex for a seemingly easy printing of a document and then forward that document to a colleague. Luckily for me, Taylor was working today. I explained what I needed to do and he helped me make that happen. We tried multiple methods due to compatibility issues. Taylor never gave up and was very assuring through the whole process that we will complete my tasks. Taylor is a real asset to that FedEx business.
