We were hired to complete the framing of a rather large deck (we have an LLC and proper insurance). About half way through they stopped answering the phone and returning emails. My husband tried to go to the office and calling to be reimbursed for material and tried to get paid for the job. No we did not have a contract, yes we learned our lessons the hard it was my husband's first job after setting up his LLC. I know they have pleased several customers (I pray for everyone to succeed and be great in life) and I hope their business continues to do great. They are good people business just didn't work out. From experience I would not recommend, use, provide a quote or complete a job with Town Creek Construction.

If you're looking for a great contractor then definitely select Jeff. He gutted my entire home down to the studs, replaced the bad wood and remodeled my entire house. It turned out more beautiful than I could have ever Dreamed. Thank you Jeff !!!

Jeff was professional however my bathroom after 3 mths is awful. The window is out of square, the paint job is awful, the drywall finishing was less than up to par, the moulding does not meet and was not filled, the corners are very noticeably not smooth, the trim paint is not cut in properly and they got paint on my new flooring as well as my granite top. I have contacted them several times to come fix it and after several reasons why they can't come back, I am now rating them a 2. I am still not able to shower in this "new" bathroom because they didn't seal it, the defects of the "finished" product is less than up to standards. Would not recommend this company for remodel at all and at the price they were paid, I'm sure I could've found better work for less if I would've waited.

We had a great experience working with Town Creek on our bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects. They basically did a complete rebuild on each and the results exceeded our expectations. Their team helped us with design ideas and put together a plan that worked within our budget. We definitely recommend!
