I arrived to pick up my order, with a sleeping toddler in my car. One staff member stood guard at my car door while another pulled my order and met me at the counter so I could pay quickly without waking him. Superb team!!!

Bought a small wood stove and it was damaged in shipping. Called the store and spoke with Anna. She’s great. She ordered us a new one and they refunded shipping. Eric was awesome too.
