I did my research online on the wash stations y'all provide. I was pleased to read that there is a bath bin, grooming table and dryer. It also stated that all products were provided (shampoo, conditioner, detangler, brushes etc). It instructed online to go wash and groom your dog first then pay (I thought that is pretty trusting). I go to the salisbury location, walk to the back to the room and on the door says "must pay before use". Ok cool not a big deal. I pay and go back to the room. I start washing my dog in the bath, I went to grab conditioner and there was none. The only thing provided was 1 kind of shampoo. I used the dryer, also that worked fine. But again there were no brushes, combs, detangling spray. I was very disappointed! I did the necessary research to make sure I was getting to best service provided and it was a complete let down. Because my dog so well I decided to get him a toy, I go check out. I let the workers know there were not any brushes spray etc. They all stated the store manager is new and has only been there for 3 weeks and decided to change it to strictly a washing only station. Again the website (salisbury location) did not say that and in the room it has a big sign with the policy and Procedures of the service. Stating everything is provided. I paid full price for this service and was only given half of the service. I asked the workers if this is for all store and they stated "no, just this one". False advertisement is what us customers get the most upset about. I will not go back to this location! Do better new store manager.

Water with the poultry they acquire there. The ? ? bring genetic diseases of inbreeding from making crosses between parents, children, siblings...
When chickens are babies they are not noticeable, but when they grow up, traits appear such as a crooked beak that prevents them from eating and drinking.
They didn't give me my money back and they didn't give me another chicken either. I brought them my purchase receipt and the supervisor made the excuse that more than 3 days had passed.
It's a robbery in the desert.

Terrible service! Dog bath center is disgusting but on top of that the manager was disrespectful and rude. The manager on duty was a heavyset blonde younger lady...she should be fired for the level of service she provides to customers. Terrible service, unorganized and dirty, and not worth going to this location. Overall, don't come here at all!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a tractor supply store. Mark (Store Manager) , Anna & Chase were all so helpful when looking into purchasing a safe. They were very knowledgeable, very kind and patient with myself and my friend. We had such a great experience we purchased 4 safes from them at the same time.
Thanks again, we will always shop at this store from now on out!

Bought a small wood stove and it was damaged in shipping. Called the store and spoke with Anna. She’s great. She ordered us a new one and they refunded shipping. Eric was awesome too. He always is when I go in. If you need anything these are the two to talk to. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Raises are in order for Anna and Eric.

The pet wash was disgusting. There was fur/hair everywhere. There were dirty towels but not clean ones. There was 2 inches of dirty water all over the floor. One of the pet wash stations did not work. It was a disaster. I had taken my 3 large dogs up the to be washed and they had to walk around and drag their leashes through the dirty water once they were clean. They really need to pay better attention to this area.

Because my shoulder is in bad shape, I try and get their staff to bring it to my car. Tonight I guess the short girl they called to get the dog food must have thought it was not part of her job description. I will drive to Mocksville before I come back to the Salisbury location.
