I had to return something to Amazon. They sent me a QR code to take to the UPS Store.
I walked into UPS Store, told them I needed a label printed to send the package back to Amazon. He asked me if I had a code. I showed him the code on my phone, he enlarged it, scanned it and printed out the label. He handed me my receipt for sending the package, he put the label on the box and I left the store all in under 5 minutes! Great experience!

The two guys that work there are very rude. Do not plan on using this place again. Need nicer people to work there

I wanted to share my experience regarding the management. I have never had any issues except for lost mail and a missing amazon order. I went to pick up a package at the store today and waited in a long line. As i approached the register I showed the receipt of the Amazon delivery. Mike said he has not gone through any amazon orders yet. I told him i needed today as the order is for an event. He goes to the back and comes back with my package. He yells at me that the next time he would not take the time to retrieve my amazon package in front of all the customers. I asked if he needed to scan the box and he continues to yell at me. This was inappropriate and out of line. I have patronized this store and have a mail box here which is concerning. I will be speaking with corporate as I don’t think Mike needs to manage this store. He should be fired for this action

The RUDEST associates. Came in to process two Amazon returns and the associate misunderstood the situation, I called to follow up and was argued with by two people who refused to understand the problem, chose to blame me and wouldn’t take the time to explain a resolution to me and then ended by hanging up on me after I told them they need to explain to their associates how to resolve issues without arguing with customers. RIDICULOUS service and will certainly be handling all future business elsewhere.

Definitely not customer service friendly. I had a small package and item inside just didn’t have it tapped. She told me twice I didn’t haven’t packed and they usually charge for tape. Tape size was maybe a 3-4” piece. I shared I had tape in my car and she said go use yours. I don’t plan on coming back to this site. Very disappointing over a small piece of tape and not necessary to be rude over this.

Paid 2 day shipping on package and it took longer than that. Not their fault on that part but I had to have the manager file a claim to get a refund on the 2 day shipping and I guess they just kept the money because I never got a refund even after multiple trips up there and calling about it. They kept saying it’ll be sent in the mail to you, never got anything.

Truly terrible customer service here. Not only are they extremely slow but there seems to always be only one person “working” at any given time. Walked in and was the 2nd person in line and ended up having to leave because they couldn’t figure out how to properly run their business.

1000% agree with Cleveland and others. They had new people working there without local values of respect and decency. There was no customer service or fairness. They literally said goodbye to a large sale that included mailings, services, and a notary. They were too preoccupied with customers who arrived after I did. Then they expected me to wait even longer. The wifi was really spotty inside the store. As I left, I could immediately contact the UPS Headquarters and explain my dismay. This was not the place for me or anyone else looking for UPS quality of promptness and service.

Typically I find UPS stores to be significantly more efficient, more friendly and more eager to help the consumer than USPS. This store is the outlier. Will you get your task done? Yes. But no one will help you, no one will be patient with you, no one will go out of their way to make something a bit easier on you and no one will smile at you. Very matter of fact, very rushed, lacking community service skills.

Dropped a pre labeled and ready to ship package off here and long story short the tracking number shows it was never scanned out the store and package never made it to destination. The new, not so local staff were zero help and just pushed me off to the UPS 800 number to file a claim. This store has went downhill since new management took over…stay away.

I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store. There were 2 young men there. I say my box on the counter, still didn’t greet me, the guy got up out his seat and just scanned the package and handed me a tracking slip. No good bye greeting. If you don’t want to deal with people why work in the type of environment.
