BE WARNED! We had a passport appointment scheduled for today at 11am. We showed up early and asked to be let into the passport office. The employee at the desk just said “Cancelled” in response. We received no notice of this at all, no email, phone call, no communication at all. Terrible communication and customer service, would not recommend this location for getting a passport. Go to the Register of Deeds office of Salisbury instead, they saved the day.

I went in for my passport application after finding it impossible to get into any DMV for a RealID. I was in and out in 10 minutes, had no issues, and the lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful.

It's always nice and cool inside, so that's great!! The lines are hit or miss depending on when you go. There are usually panhandlers waiting on you though... They've even knocked on my window before. The few times there wasnt anyone, there were clusters of trash left by whoever was there last.

The United States post office should be embarrassed by the state of this post office!! I have never come to this post office and not had to wait at least 15 minutes to mail something. Envelopes are not stocked, so everyone is standing at the counter to fill out labels that could have been done while waiting in line. Temperature is over 85 degrees in the lobby, I can’t imagine what it is behind the scenes.

The lady at the Passport Acceptance Facility is such a lovely lady, she is kind and polite, We always renew our passport at this location , she is so patient with my kids.

Completely horrible! Dropped of 20 priority shipping boxes 8 days ago and they still haven’t been delivered!

The sign on the door is posted that the lobby is open at 6 am. I’ve tried for two days in a row to go between 6:45 and 7 am to drop off packages at the self service drop off and the doors have been locked. I have gone at these times in the past and had no issues. I run a small business outside of my full time job and this is affecting my shipping times.

This place is the Epitome of government employees, and government buildings. The only true policy or sign that this building could post is it depends on what we want today and yes, we don’t give a damn about the public.
Every time I have come here whatever sign or policy they refer me to they don’t abide by. When they are open, you’ll be greeted by the most miserable people you have ever met who are only there because they managed to get a government job.
At this point, I completely give up on this building and its employees. I will either pay FedEx or UPS or drive into a different city to use their post office.

Waiting for someone to understand that in this place they do not give good service and they are all arrogant and lazy it is the first email that there is not a person to help and not even a bilingual person

My mail box is in a bad curve. We asked if we could move our box to the other side of the street like everyone else on our road. I haven't received in over a month. Only when the weekend carrier runs the route, do I get my mail.
