Went to the Salisbury Verizon store for issues I was having with my phone. As always the staff was very helpful and professional. Adriana and Julia went above and beyond to help us solve our issues. We don't live in Salisbury but will always support this location with our business. They are top notch.

Worst experience. Went this morning to get a new phone, nobody wouldn’t talk to me or help me. The girl looked at me and my little girl and said “don’t get near me I’m sick”. Then they “can’t find my order” when I ordered it 2HOURS AGO! Do not go here

I thought my phone issue was something so serious, and Jaz was joking not to make me look bad because it was such a simple fix. THANKS to the kind staff, and I also noticed how clean it store was. Something I can't say about my previous provider's store

We received the worst customer service tonight. We waited 1.5 hours, just to be told the phone I was upgrading to was out of stock. They could have checked this when we checked in or placed an out of stock note on the phone. My brother (who is the account manager) was told 2 weeks ago at a Concord location that I was eligible for the special upgrade they had, so that’s why we came in. (Last week my husband tried to get me a new phone for Christmas, but they wouldn’t send a verification code to my brother, so that my husband could purchase! So this is why we waited for when we all could go) The special they were running was listed on the device with NO caveats. The manager, Jonathan Smith, argued and then had no explanation besides I couldn’t receive the special. This was after over an hour of watching him just walk around and not help any customers. We asked for his manager’s phone number and we were handed a sticky note with her email. (Isn’t this a phone store?!)Verizon, this is false advertisement.We currently have 7 lines with you and I’m hoping we are able to cancel soon!

Kimmy and her staff are awesome. We came to her Salisbury store because they have always so helpful and patient with us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance or to purchase merchandise. Again they are awesome and very professional.

Honestly terrible experience. My girlfriend who has version needed to get her sims card replaced. The store in Lexington told us they were out of sims cards so we drove out to the corporate store over there. I had the same issue happen with my phone a few months prior, but I have AT&T, I was in and out of my providers store within 15 minutes. We spent over a hour and a half at this version store while Charity, the version employee attempting to fix the issue, did everything but fix my girlfriend’s phone. She chit chatted with co workers about Sports, failed to explain anything she was trying to do, and CONSTANTLY tried to convince us to purchase things or convince me to switch providers, even after saying MULTIPLE TIMES that we were uncomfortable having that conversation at that time but she continued to try and sell us services we didn’t ask for. She only stopped when she asked me how much I pay a month for AT&T, after I answered she became quiet so I’m guessing she couldn’t make a competitive offer. And after all of that, she completely failed to fix the issue, with another co worker having to basically make her just switch out the sins card for a new one, but forgot to deactivate the old one so she only caused new problems. My best advice is to avoid Charity, and possibly to just head to the AT&T store in Lexington

I came into Verizon Store and was met by Julia. She was very polite and listened to my concerns. I had my iphone stolen earlier that day and was having a hard time trying to place a claim in with Assurance. We sat down and for over an hour tried different ways to work around a technical problem with the insurance website. Also we had Charity that was a tremendous help and both of them worked it out and was very steadfast in continuing to figure the problem out. They finished and I was so grateful for them. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. My hat off to both of them and this store here in Salisbury.
