I had a prescription sent here for my daughter. They called to say insurance didn't cover it, I said okay. That's fine I'll pay out of pocket, but I asked if they could verify they were giving me the correct medication since it was a controlled substance. They answered yes it's the correct one. I called Insurnace to ask why they were not covering it, it turned out they were charging a totally different medication!!! Which was much stronger than the one prescribed, I called again and it was their error! Not the doctors!!!If I wasn't a diligent mom asking questions, who wonders what would have happened. No apology no nothing.

This pharmacy has the rudest and most difficult staff at the prescription counter! There is always a problem when I go there to pick up my refills. Unfortunately, they are the most convenient store for me so I put up with their horrible service!

These pharmacists clearly don't care about any of their customers. My 8 year old son had surgery. I had to come into the store just for them to tell me they have an issue with the medicine. Didn't even call me or email me. Just a text saying no action is required and the medicine is delayed. When I told them my son needed this medicine all I could pay attention to was the Karen at the counter with all the tattoos rolling her eyes at me and shaking her head like I was in the wrong. Whoever trained these people needs to be fired along with every pharmacist in there. They have no customer service training, never have the medicine in time and are always in a bad mood. I'm warning you all now. Don't use this location.On another note the workers on the non pharmacy side are very good. It's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

I have used this pharmacy ever since moving to Salisbury, so 2 to 3 years now. I never set foot inside but every single time I get a prescription there is an insurance issue that doesn't get fixed unless I call and ask about the price. Today I went to pick up my medication and the woman was just completely rude to us and refused to give me my medicine because they didn't see my payment I had already made. Needing a code I understand, i paid online but she was very rude after I found it and came back to the drive thru. I will not be returning because there are always issues with my prescriptions. Waiting in the line it sounds like other people have the same issue as me.

Went to the drive through pharmacy one evening last week . I had been diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. Instead of driving across town, I decided to give my local pharmacy a chance. I picked up 2 prescriptions from the drive through. The person that answered the phone at the drive through was extremely rude especially when I questioned the price of them . Cannon and CVS would have had no charge but instead Walgreens charged $20 for each .Just an example that I learned the hard way to check script prices before you go.

Every time I go to get a prescription I am treated with the lack of manners and disrespect I had one employ tell me go rhrough the drive thru than shut the drive thru as I pulled up reported it to the manager no actions were taken. This time I am stuck without my prescription for at least 4 days they could care less The only reason I come to thos store is the fact that this is the store my Tricare pays for. If something doesn't change I will be forced to turn in all the incidents I have had I kept a journal of incident and persons names involved.

Online pharmacy access is great & the fact that Walgreens are located everywhere I travel is very convenient!

This is big clean store with very friendly employees. They have a pharmacy with a drive-thru and counter services. There is a huge selection of vitamins and supplements. If your sick they have a large selection medications. They also have grocery store items plus some cat and dog food. There was a large selection of copper fit accessories. They have a rewards program also. There is also two red boxes outside. I would much prefer to shop here that CVS down the road

I will never set foot in another Walgreens the rest of my life over this experience. Set an appointment for a covid test at 10:15, called about 30 minutes before appointment to find out if I needed to come inside. Girl told me she couldn't find any info. I told her we had even called the day before and spoke with someone and they verified for me to be there at 10:15. Explained that I work for myself and had to arrange my schedule to get this test done and I had to have it for a requirement for an eye surgery next week. She seemed like she did not want to help at all and told me I had to go to website and start over. At that point I told her I would never set foot in another Walgreens over this and before I could finish she hung up on me. Very rude and did not care to help.so now with the rest of my days schedule messed up and mad customers, I'm getting it done at CVS in Rockwell, and will start doing business with them from now on.

Never had information saved right in system, Rude workers, acted like it was a burden to do anything for you. Automated system would call and say meds are ready but they never really were.

My husband had surgery at Novant and the doctor prescribed some pain medication for him. We stopped by Walgreens and were rudely told the medication could not be filled. I told her we had just left the hospital and my husband was in pain and asked if they could call the doctor. At first, she said we would have to call the doctor, but after me insisting, they finally said they would call. I went back around 20 minutes later, and they still said they couldn’t get up with anyone. My husband was in bad pain and we still had a couple hour drive home. Finally after about an hour of waiting, we contacted the doctor and he was confused as to why they had an issue filling the prescription and apologized for them. They had a very bad attitude and terrible customer service skills. i would recommend finding another pharmacy to do business with.
