I used to enjoy coming here because the staff was always so nice and helpful, unfortunately when I came in today needing a USB cable for my dash cam the service was horrendous. The USB cords are under lock and key I was unable to tell if the cord I was looking at was the right one because the type was not labeled on the front. When the staff member came to 'help' me she refused to unlock it so I could read the back, then had the nerve to tell me that I 'just need to read it', yeah, clearly. I finally just had to rip the box off of the lock to get the one I needed. I just spent $60 on a cord and micro SD card to be treated like I'm stupid by someone I believe is a manager. When I went to pay and tried to get the woman's name, the cashier was completely uninterested in helping me figure out who it was, I got something like 'I dunno, maybe Stephanie' in between her smacking her gum. Last dollar I EVER spend here!

I have given this Pharmacy numerous occasions to keep my business but they lost it today. I have worked over the years to keep my prescriptions at the same pick up time and it continually gets shifted causing more appearances to get your medications. Twice in the last year they had me picking up my medications and only to find I was missing one they said I picked up. That led me going without. Today the rude person at the window advised me she could not go through my list of medications to fill that I had to be specific as to which ones to fill. I found this odd as I had handed a bottle to her showing what I needed and asked for another by name. I guess I went too far asking her to fill anything I had forgotten. I’m sure that’s probably a Walgreens policy now but I view it as lazy and sorry as I only have 5 prescriptions I fill there. I know my business is not necessary to keep their doors open but asking for a friendly and helpful person is not asking too much. So, it didn’t come down to just today’s interaction but a multitude of things. I will not be back after years as a loyal customer.

Walgreens pharmacy drive thru is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. It’s ridiculous to have one car in front of you and you’re waiting 30 minutes for them to get help waiting your turn

Employee was extremely rude. They were restocking an isle I was looking in and I was patiently waiting for a moment to ask to squeeze around to look at a potential gift for a friend. They snapped at me and in an annoyed tone said "do you need help with something?" To which I said "No, sorry I just needed to ask if I could squeeze through" and while I was still looking in the isle loudly said "we need to block off the isle" to another employee. I left without getting the item I was considering due to this interaction being so uncomfortable.

I absolutely hate every time I have to go to this pharmacy to pick up dad scripts. I’ve tried to talk to him in changing but he’s on so many meds It doesn’t matter if you go in or go through drive through it takes them forever!!!!!!

Always have a pleasant experience I don't have to wait in long lines to get my medicines or to checkout other products and the staff is so friendly and helpful

The Wallgreens is always pretty good! They have wonderful staff and so many things you need on a daily basis!!
