My stolen ID and debit card were used here to commit fraud. My card was reported stolen 2 days before the fraud was committed but they allowed the thief to use it anyways. Out quite a bit if money. Give Felony Lane Gang a search and never leave your belongings in your car.

My husband passed away in January, 2021 and his name has not been on my accounts since shortly thereafter, but, I see, his name is still listed!I have been with Wells Fargo since 1996 and have been satisfied with our relationship until the past year. I was scammed to the total of $4,000 + last summer. After showing the bankers the text documentation on my phone with Wells Fargo and told them it was through their phone line, two of the bankers, in essence, called me a liar! I reported the loss to law enforcement with proof to WF and they said that they were sorry, but they could do nothing. Aren’t banks insured with FDIC anymore and for this purpose? I have had several bank cards in the past year due to the bank’s insecurity. Recently I investigated a “possible compromise” on my card and the person I was talking with had a trigger finger and cancelled my card while we were still working on the information. It was not a compromise. All we’re ligament charges. I told him to reinstate my card and he said he couldn’t. I have to notify numerous companies of my card change each time. I am so upset and unhappy with Wells Fargo and I wish I knew of a more reputable bank with the convenience of Wells Fargo so I could end my relationship with them.

Absolute disgrace to banking! I have no idea how or why I’ve stayed with this company... I guess for sheer convenience. But this particular location is the WORST! They will find any reason to turn away customers or cause a inconvenience. They are consistently rude each time I’ve visited and the rules are ever changing!

I commented on this branch location before but my complaint was taken down I guess they can't handle the truth.... This branch has the worst customer service and they seem to take pride on denie or prolonge your transaction... Yet when I get refused service that day, I can drive 4 minutes away to the Ennis branch and I'm received with smiles and kind service.... Unfortunately they are closed on Saturday and I have to put up with the rudeness of the Jake Alexander branch.... Let's see if this Post doesn't get token down...

I always have a good experience whenever I visit this branch but today’s service was exceptional. Pam Smith is the sweetest, most helpful woman. I scheduled an appointment because that’s their new policy due to COVID-19. I was seen quickly and Pam made sure I had no worries before I left. She is truly an angel! This is such a great branch and I was very pleased with my service.

The branch at 866 Jake Alexander in Salisbury, NC has remarkable customer service. Everyone is friendly, helpful and they sincerely care about their customers. Tellers engage in conversations so each one feels welcome, while also being mindful of others waiting. The work environment seems to be pleasant and everyone seems happy with their jobs. A sweet lady named Sandra handled my situation. She seems to set the tone for the bank as she greets each customer at the door, while she's working with others.
