Friendly teller who was very informative when she discovered there could be a problem with one check as it had my name AND another name on it. The other person isn't on my account and would possibly be returned. I was grateful for the information.

I'm standing in line with no one in front of me and the teller is just staring at me.. been here 15min and no one's said a word.
