“We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host my daughter’s wedding weekend and reception for our family and friends. The owners and staff at The Saluda Inn went above and beyond to make every detail feel special and seamless.

The inn is charming and impeccably maintained creating the most welcoming atmosphere. From the planning details to the last good-by everything exceeded our expectations!

I just wish I could move in or at least be their neighbors! Thank you Jay and Joel for all your incredible hospitality! We will be back.”

“Rooms are excellent! Nicely renovated. Very comfortable. If you stay here, there is an outstanding German restaurant a few miles down the road you should try, we loved it! We will definitely return to this hotel!”

“We always have a wonderful stay at Echo Mountain Inn. We always stay in a different room when we stay here. We stayed in the Plum Pretty room. It has a beautiful view of the mountains.which are spectacular, especially the morning sunrise with the fog hanging low on the mountains.
The room was very comfortable, you can sit at the large window that has table and chairs, with a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee and not even think about the outside worlds problems, they just melt away.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful, so many breakfast dishes to choose from. Coffee always hot and plentiful.
We always meet so many people from all over the country. There is such a laid back atmosphere downstairs in the separate sitting areas, that people want to ask you how or what brought you to the Inn.
The staff is friendly and attentive.
Hendersonville is such a interesting little town, which is just at the foot of the mountain. So many good restaurants to eat at. So many shops to browse through.
Always pleased when I leave the Inn.

“Clean, very friendly staff, very good breakfast buffet, but our historic cottage was quite dated. Uneven hardwood floors, uneven stairs, old bathroom fixtures and low water pressure in tub-showers. Living room was large and had a nice gas fireplace. The Nest thermostat was pre-programmed to heat-saver mode I guess, and turned temp down to 60 degrees the first night - chilly! (Paid attention to that the next nights —)

Overall reminded me of an old family summer campground. Friendly, but not a luxurious resort to us.”

“We read the reviews and decided to stop here on our way through. Friendly and helpful front desk (Sam was working). Clean room, comfy beds, hot shower, easy on and off the highway access. I prefer stairs to an elevator, so I'll also add that the stairways are clean and have good treads.”

“On our recent visit to Hendersonville we stayed at the Elizabeth Leigh Inn and had a fabulous time. Cindy and Mike are terrific hosts. Breakfast was amazing, Cindy also provided a to go breakfast for our early morning hike. Coffee, wine and snacks were available all hours. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, located just blocks from downtown. We are looking forward to future visits.

Rooms: Beautifully decorated.

Nearby activities: Close proximity to Dupont State Park.

Safety: Felt very safe.

Walkability: Easy walk to Downtown Hendersonville

Noteworthy details: Another great feature about the Elizabeth Leigh Inn is the Gardens. The gardens include walking paths, beautiful plantings and water features. Great for relaxing with morning coffee or evening wine.”

“My room was pretty nice honestly. The TV has Netflix and YouTube so there's always something to watch. I've been here in the past and had a good experience then as well. The sweet young lady at the desk let me check in early and that was very nice considering my long drive. The wifi works well too.
There is a restaurant located right beside the office where you check in, so the parking lot can get full fast.
I stayed here again this week and all was good.”

“Prices have gone up significantly. It's a cute place but not at the new price range. It has internet that kinda works and dated rooms. We loved our stay bc of how close it was to the bakery and hiking but there was not anything special enough about the hotel to make it worth $300 a night.”

“The location was convenient for me. Room was clean. Linens clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints, and it's not much, but the TV randomly rebooted itself a few times for no apparent reason, and the provided body wash in the shower was empty. But for the $61 per night thru booking.com, I'll be fine.”

“Well typically coming via 26' truck isn't a problem, but unfortunately this time front desk clerk whom I presume was training someone chose to be extremely unprofessional in my parking before I could get checked in and ask where I can park the 26' truck. He apparently cannot comprehend wherever its parked it WILL TAKE UP SEVERAL PARKING spots due to being 26' long!! Very RUDE!! Worse than that he couldn't seem to stop texting on his phone long enough to properly train the new guy!!”
