“They did a good job at sorting things out, but it was very expensive. I amended a return and filed 2021 taxes and it basically cancelled out my refund. I had a fairly simple tax situation, except I worked multiple jobs, so I can't say I feel the price really reflects what is offered, given the number of free tax programs out there. I think it may be to cover overall operating costs, which I think may be a bit higher than average. Although I support fair pay, I think I probably should have paid about half what I did. Regardless, I received good service, so I am appreciative of that.”
