Got referred by my neurologist. Stopped by around 1130 but the whole clinic just shuts down due to lunch and no one was around so I called. Dr. Bunao might be a good doctor but is hard to get past the front desk. They were only interested on payment even though I have insurance and offered to pay myself if that was an issue but would not schedule me.... What is wrong with doctors in sanford/fayettevville area?

Dr. Bunao gave me the impression, along with his staff, as being uninterested, unconcerned and just there to collect monies from your insurance provider. His services where abrupt and I was let out the door quickly. Plain and simple, it felt like production line.

Dr Bunao and staff are super friendly! Great small clinic that gives off a personal touch to every visit. We are a military family and this office was was assigned to us via tricare. We were lucky to be assigned an office off the base. I would totally recommend this clinic and Dr Bunao if you live in the Sanford Lee or Harnett county.

Our family loves Doctor Bunao and his staff. He has been seeing my mother for almost 6 years. Whenever Mom is not feeling well I call and they see her right away. He answers all my questions and is thorough at her quarterly visits.

First I have to say Dr. Bunao is very nice and listening! The reason I give only one star is his staff and the reason nobody knows what is covered from my insurance... they had me running around 3 times and all my prescriptions where rejected from my insurance bc everytime this particular brand wasn't covered! And when I was asking for a tetanus shot bc I was due they told me I will have to come in get a prescription for the pharmacy, pick it up at the pharmacy and come back to have them given me the shot..... I am sorry but NO I am not doing your guy's job and the run around was just to much!

I pick this doctor for my wife and me to be our primary care and I never get to see his face because the secretary was so low energy and mean that I change my mind right away! Oh Lord she was ready to go home! We're Not coming back!

I just luv my Dr. Bunao! From the very first day I saw him, he listened to every thing I had say. All of my medical needs, he helped with my medication. The girls there r quiet. There very nice.

If I could give a negative one star I would this place is terrible everyone is poor at communicating no one knows how to do there job it’s like your doing it for them I have been a patient for a long time and they run test without my knowledge and the test that I want done they tell me I’m fine when I just found out I’m not ! Don’t waste your time going here find another place for your own health and safety!!!! The only good help they had no longer works there !!!It’s very hard to find a good doctors office nowadays!

The most amazing PCM ever! Doctor Bunao cares about his patients. He listens and is not in a rush as many doctors today. I highly recommend his services. He is a great doctor, knowledgeable and wise.

Dr. Bunao and his staff are wonderful. They are efficient, thorough, kind, focused, professional, personable, private, very clean and excellent. The practice is close to Central Carolina Hospital (CCH). It is near service stations, restaurants, a park and several other businesses. It is very convenient and a time-saver in case you have other errands to run on your appointment day. The waiting area is large with a restroom nearby. There is a screen that plays interesting medical reports.

I was not impressed by the building but the doctor is great. He listens and actually takes time with you. This will be my doctor from now on. Very pleased.
