I relocated here for a job. Living here has been great for my family. The manager staff has been great. I like to say it has been excellent services and the maintenance department as well has done an excellent job. I lived here for 2 years. Overall 5 stars. Was a resident at Hawkins Walk for almost a year, and we were very pleased with our apartment. Brantise was super helpful when I had questions, and very kind to us. She was very professional but also spoke to me as a friend. Highly recommend Hawkins Walk to anyone moving into the Sanford area.
