“I went into the store looking for a specific foreign coin, not knowing this was not their business focus. The two employees took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Even though this isn't what they sell, the owner located a bag of foreign coins and spent about 15 minutes looking for the coin I was interested in. In the end, he found one and ending up giving it to me. The coin isn't particularly valuable but the fact that he spent the time to help me is very much appreciated!”
