“I bought a bazooka tube from Amazon. When they installed it, it didn’t work properly no matter what they tried. They came to the conclusion it was the tube that was defective. They sold me a Memphis nano box at a discounted price and re-did the installation at no cost. At the time the installer wasn’t feeling well but still insisted that he install the new speaker for me. They’re friendly and professional. I would use them again in the future and recommend their services. Thanks!!”
