The reviews mention that the car wash experience at ModWash Sanford NC used to be excellent, with employees pre-washing and lightly scrubbing the car's front before the wash. However, this service has now been discontinued, and customers are required to scrub their own cars before the wash. Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with this change in customer service.
Despite this, other customers have praised ModWash for their state-of-the-art equipment, safe for paint jobs, and filtered water to prevent spots. The self-vacuum and wipe-down areas are also appreciated, with clean soft towels and window cleaner provided.
Took an exceptionally dirty Pathfinder here. The guys working went above and beyond helping me get the exterior cleaned and they probably have the best vacuums I've ever used at a car wash. Highly recommend.
