Nailz By Jenn inc

Hours: Nailz By Jenn is a nail salon that offers a variety of services including nails, pedicures, waxing, and eyelash treatments. It is an appointment-only salon that prioritizes cleanliness and safety for its customers. One customer expressed their satisfaction with their first experience at the salon. They complimented the excellent job done by the nail technician, who not only did a fill-in and gel polish but also improved the shape of the nails. The customer was impressed with the reasonable prices and the professionalism of the staff. Another customer had a positive experience with the salon, particularly with the nail technician, Diamond. They appreciated Diamond's attention to detail and the fact that she went back to make some of the nails a better shape. The customer was also satisfied with the durability of the gel polish, which did not chip or lift even after three weeks. However, there was one instance where a customer had a negative experience. After chipping a corner of her acrylic nail, she tried to reschedule her appointment but was unable to reach the salon. When she arrived early in the morning, she was told that nobody had time to fix her nail until several hours later. The customer was disappointed with the salon's lack of flexibility and responsiveness, especially since it is difficult to get in touch with them. Overall, Nailz By Jenn is a salon that offers high-quality nail services and has professional and skilled nail technicians. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and flexibility. The salon's strengths lie in its ability to accommodate any nail design requests and its owner's genuine care for the nail health and well-being of her clients.
