“My experience today deserves a review, I came in on this unreasonably cold and raining Easter Saturday to buy a Husqvarna lawn mower. Once purchased, we found the security wheel boot was locked up and no one could get it to detach with the key. Multiple employees, including 2 newly hired gentlemen, got involved and worked at it until it was cut free and loaded in the trailer, not a gripe or moan about the weather or the challenge facing them. Might seem like "all in days work" but these days, this isn't standard practice or attitude you'll find in a retail setting.Someone who works at the store will know this situation and who all was involved, I would highly recommend you keep these associates happy and well recognized for their efforts. Not a dime-a-dozen crew I had the pleasure of seeing today.”
