I certainly can't count the number of times we have used them, but let me tell you it's a lot.Sometimes I'm quite forgetful and don't provide all the necessary info, or don't get back to their awesome office manager Melinda in the most timely manner. She is great, always 100% nice and curious, understands that sometimes as a client your brain is in other places.I deal with 1000's of printers at 100's of offices throughout the country, some vendors are hit or miss, some are lazy or inept, excessively expensive, or just a pain to work with. I've never, and I mean never had a bad experience with this company. We are glad to have them to help support our business.”
