For the love of God CHECK YOUR RENTAL TOOLS.Trip 2 for same darn problem. Extra 60miles for nothing.Some would ask why didn't I check it. The last time I checked I didn't get a paycheck from o'reilly's. That's customer service. Though I will make sure to take extra time from now on. I've learned my lesson . Just sucks.

Aaron was very helpful with any questions I had over the phone, When I came in he came outside to see what was going on helped me know what needed to be done and got it handled for me. Very fast and efficient!!!

David in the Sanford store was so helpful exchanging my RV battery. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and made a recommendation for a charge monitor, which I was unaware of. David gave A+ customer service!

Had my rear brake shoes replaced in Charleston the day before I left for a trip to NC. Left around dinner time, pulling a small, but full, box trailer. I was well on my way, too far to turn back, when brake warning lights started to come on. I stopped at the next safe spot and discovered brake fluid leaking at the left rear wheel. GPS told me an O'Rileys was the closest parts store. Arrived and told the young man (who I later learned was Braiden Patrick) at the counter what my predicament was. He stated by pricing brake hoses for me but said we needed to know which hose it was and offered to come out and take a look for me. To shorten the story a little, he helped determine the it was the piston that was leaking and proceeded to almost completely do the replacement job for me (in the parking lot with some sleet and light snow falling, and with tools from the store). All this without asking for a dime. Needless to say I can not recommend this store highly enough. Talk about going far beyond superior! If you go to this store tell Braiden thank you for me again please

My favorite place to shop for my automotive needs. Not to mention they carry parts for mowers, tractors and atv's. Dont take my word for it, see for yourself. When you go, ask for Katherine Post. Yep you got me. She's my lovely wife. She can get you whatever parts or pieces you might be looking for. Tell her you were sent by her husband. She'll get a kick out of that.
