Pilgrim's Pride Corporation

Hours: Pilgrim's Pride Corporation is a business that provides services for commercial vehicle drivers. Based on the reviews, the company offers several amenities and services for its customers. The business has an on-site parking lot where drivers can park their vehicles, with overnight parking available. The check-in and check-out process is straightforward, with drivers required to stop at the security checkpoint to have their trailers inspected before proceeding to the designated parking area. The reviews praise the friendly and helpful staff at the check-in office, who provide efficient service and clear instructions. However, some drivers note that the loading process can take several hours, so they advise others to be patient and not complain. The facility has a scale on-site, but it does not provide individual axle weights. Drivers are required to calculate and provide this information to the shipping office before leaving. While the reviews generally praise the overall experience, some concerns are raised, such as the lack of restroom facilities and the need for improved lighting in the parking area for safety reasons. The business is encouraged to address these issues to enhance the overall experience for its customers.
