Much better than other banks I have dealt with in the past. Oh, and if you lose your debit card, or it gets hacked they will actually replace it for at one of the branches on site. No waiting 5 business days, or whatever.

Great and professional service. I really love this bank and the people working there at the Sanford branch. My banker is Estefania Tourino Delgado and she is very knowledgeable, helpful aswell as courteous.
