“It took 10 minutes to renew my passport. I had the application pre-filled from online, and then came in at a 1:30 appointment. No line, no waiting, VERY friendly and courteous staff. Service included photos as well. They are faster at passports than McDonald's is at serving your food!”

“Words can't describe this young lady. Very very helpful and keeps the place clean. The only thing I can point out is that she runs out of stamps fast and is not in charge of reordering...therefore I have to keep checking back but I would prefer to opposing to the nearby post offices.”
