Its awful I had to contact the district manager and make a complaint about the manager at this store to get a bed and frame returned that I can't make a payment on this month or next month the manager is very rude and likes to argue I will never ever deal with rent a center I will only deal with Aarons in spring lake 1

I made a informal payment online and within Minutes I was called and told I’m not eligible for any agreement or purchase, via the Sanford NC store. I’ve been sent very unprofessional messages insulting me and calling my phone number with the same aggressive attitude. Please help me get my refund and stop the poor customer service in your Sanford office.

We had been everywhere looking to get a sofa and a washer/dryer combo. After making us jump through hoops for 3 days, Badcock furniture approved us. So, then we tried Big Lots- denied and they didn’t even have washers or dryers. After that, we tried Aaron’s and settled for something less than we wanted, and they told us they couldn’t help us because our drivers license address was different than our delivery address(because we just moved on Thursday!). So finally we went to rent-a-center, they had exactly what we wanted at an AMAZING price, and worked with us on the down payment. We got approved for the sofa like we wanted with a matching loveseat, and a washer/dryer combo. They did everything quickly and professionally, and would recommend Sanford Rent-A-Center to anyone looking to buy the things they have! It was the absolute best buying experience I ever had. That store should be store of the month! I am thrilled, and my stuff will be delivered in 3 short days! Thanks guys!!!!!
