I just left the store from my 1 year old son burial and entered the Sally’s store where there were 2 middle aged black women who worked there and I’m so sorry it’s not about skin however I didn’t catch their names. Thing is I haven’t felt so welcomed inside of a store in so long and I know it’s just a store visit however, you never know what people are going through and they were nothing but smiles, happiness, homey feelings and love and I LOVE that for the Sally’s in Sanford lol sorry had to give my feedback

Employees were rude and unhelpful, I did not feel welcome here at all. Older blonde employee gave me a nasty glare when I approached her to ask her a question. I asked her if they had a particular type of dye and instead of simply replying “no,” she and another imployee decided to be smartasses about it. NOT coming back to this location ✌️Get bent

The Customer Service in this store is awesome. I never used the Ion dye and she gave me excellent instructions. The store in Erwin need new people. I went in 2 times and I would ask the lady questions, she kept saying. I dont know. Ughhh that was so irritating. Thank you Sanford store. I really appreciate the kindness and knowledge

I've been getting it for years for my lovely wife, but I only recognize it as the "brown hair spray can" or "white thickening bottle" The kind ladies know exactly what my wife needs whenever I come in. Be prepared to bring your own shopping bag, they are charging $0.15 for paper bags.

My wife went in to purchase a few items and it's great to know they still practice social distancing. Another customer cursed at the staff for speaking up after another client felt uncomfortable with how close they were to her kids. As she was checking out; my wife spoke to the manager and told her what really happened defending the staff. My wife always loves going here for her beauty needs. It was unfortunate what happened. People need to be more considerate of others.

To the black lady, who stole from Sally's... They verified it, Walmart DOES NOT sell the item! Only they do! Aggravated when told to return the item (visibly seen her put it in her scrubs pocket) or provide the receipt, she escalated it; cursing at the employee then immediately left the premises with it. I didn't let this deter my shopping experience. The employees handled the situation in a very professional manner. I work in asset protection, it's important to have attentive employees' in today's businesses with the crime rate skyrocketing. She refused to wait for the authorities and sped off in her white suv. If you're not guilty, then why leave? This woman has a long rap sheet to her name and didn't want to add one more to the list! I'm glad I could be of help to the store.

I like their weekly sales, and their team is great. Jonelle Kimbrough, why do people go to college? To learn. It works the same in a job. Most are even in cosmetology school learning. Some may even do both. Get a life.

I am extremely late, but Tiffany (you're a doll) was VERY helpful! I needed help deciding what dye to purchase, she examined my options and narrowed it down to one that fit me best. I will let the manager know what a valued team member she is.
