The staff is helpful and courteous, with some having good personalities. The store is one of the cleanest, with a huge menu of specialty drinks. Customers can get iced drinks as good as coffee shops at half the cost. However, customers should always check their bags from the kitchen as items can be left out. The store's convenience and cleanliness make it a great stop, but staff safety is a concern, particularly at night.

This store has one of the best designs of the Sheets chain. It was clean, well stocked and organized. At this visit the customers were good and the staff helpful. I have been here when the customers were sketchy. So today was good, just be aware of your surroundings
