I had a tire going flat and stopped in to get it fixed. It turns out I needed a replacement tire. They inflated the tire and sent me to a tire store to get a new tire. They were very helpful and did not charge for the service.

Horrible. The customer is responsible for spending their own money and cleaning/washing the car. What type of customer service is this? This company has convinced me they do not want to leave the customer with a service of ease and appreciation.
