“I just pulled up in my 1996 Toyota Tacoma and asked about an exhaust leak. Jose walked out and looked at the problem. He very quickly told me what he could do and then drove my truck into the work bay. Within 20 minutes, he had cut out about 4 inches of exhaust pipe between my engine and my catalytic converter. Then he expertly welded a short section of new pipe back in its place. He also welded back in place a hanger that had broken its mount. Jose does not say much. He is not a person to walk up and begin shaking hands with you but, he does very good work. He does it fast and he charges you a reasonable rate for it. I would go back to this exhaust shop without hesitation.”

Super easy to get an appointment (unlike the dealer who only has appointments weeks out…not good when your check engine light comes on). I’ll continue use IA for the life of my car (and beyond).”

My husband absolutely respected the work Gordon Enterprises does. I always know they are going to help us, and they will never cheat us. “Check engine light came on, took my car to advance auto parts (on Lee ave.) toget testedJeremy ( at advance auto parts ) said there was a misfire on cylinder 5, he said most likely it’s a spark plug but could be several other things. After purchasing the spark plug asked if they can put it in and he said they do not offer that service however he referred me to smith family automotive.Jeremy said a young man in his 40’s was great, he described him as looking like a Viking.Upon arrival I was greeted by a long haired long bearded gentleman named Mike. (He was EXTREMELY POLITE which was very much appreciated, in usual tabb fashion I talked his ears off and he was still incredibly friendly and personable.The man Jeremy had mentioned was the guy working on my car his name was /is Grant.They were both genuinely kind people and made me feel welcomed, Mike had answered all of my questions and even listened when I started telling him about my cats and life situations.Grant worked really fast and put the new spark plug in my car, they said the coil wasn’t the problem and despite installing a new spark plug cylinder 5 was still misfiring, they told me that I could drop the car off in the morning if I wanted to leave it with them but I have to work very early (5:30-6am) and wasn’t comfortable walking to work from there and wanting to be on time I took it to them during my lunch break at 11, though they didn’t have time to work on it between 11 & 3 on Tuesday I came back around 130/2pm Wednesday and was greeted in the same respectful manor (by Mike) he promptly took my key and later grant walked by and checked to see how I was doing (as I broke down crying at work and was sent “home” early) I am currently there waiting to hear what caused the misfire on cylinder 5 and will update maps after the work on my car has been completed.Update my engine probably needs to be replaced which is several thousand dollars however they did everything they could to diagnose the problem and fix it, unfortunately it just was not a simple fix. Looks like I might be looking for another used car as the price for an engine costs as much or more than the price that I paid for my car itself.Still exemplary service.”

“Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”

“If you're looking for a garage run by intelligent, efficient, honest people, look no farther. I took in my old Outback, which was suffering from the notorious "Christmas Tree" dashboard warning lights effect. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a failed oxygen sensor), and also found a number of problems that I was not aware of. Absolutely no pressure to pursue any particular remedy: just a frank and thorough assessment of the vehicle's issues, and a realistic estimate of what it would cost to fix them. In the end, I went with the bare minimum repairs (which the head mechanic agreed was probably the sensible way to go, given the age and mileage on the vehicle). TurboTime is about an hour from my home, but if it had been two hours, it still would have been worth the drive. Highly recommended.”
