I have to say that Joci is an absolute asset to T-Mobile.The whole process was delightful and stress-free because to her relaxed yet professional demeanor. She was extremely knowledgeable about T-Mobile's offerings, and she patiently answered all of my questions. It was like speaking with someone I trusted who actually wanted to help me with getting what I needed.

Having dealt with absolutely horrible customer service with a discount carrier for a couple of years I decided it was time to make a change when my phone suddenly lost the capability of making phone calls and they couldn't figure out why. Went to the T-Mobile store and spoke with Alex. Got all the particulars of what he had to offer and told him I was going to take it to a couple of places to see if I could do any better. Alex said "you'll be back." After going to both Verizon and AT&T I went back to T-Mobile. When I told the customer service rep in Verizon store about the particulars, he told me he could not beat it and I should go ahead and go with T-Mobile. Customer service rep at AT&T tried to compare some apples with oranges. But the bottom line was they couldn't beat the deal either. Went back to the T-Mobile store and got Alex to set me up. He ported my number over, transferred the apps and got everything set up. Highly recommend Alex at T-Mobile.

If you need good customer service from T-Mobile, this is the location to go to. Bryan is someone who works there and he will actually find a solution to the problem you are having. He solved the problem I was having with home internet. If you call customer service the phone assistance is very flawed and struggles to solve simple problems.

Went in tonight to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip to a newer phone on my Jump! plan and was told that I couldn't because I "damaged the phone" by removing the screen protector that came with the phone when it bubbled up and was peeling off on its own. (Keep in mind that it's a screen protector... Not the actual screen) I buy screen protectors for the whole phone off of Amazon and keep them on it all the time along with a case... So no scratches, nothing wrong with the phone.Brian, I think his name was, told me that I voided the warranty by peeling that off and that he couldn't take the phone because it was now considered damaged and worthless and that since I had insurance on it that I needed to call and claim it on my insurance and get a replacement.... So I called.... Long story short with that conversation, the claims guy said that wasn't true and there should be no problem with a trade in because the thing removed was an accessory and not actually part of the phone.I had him explain that to Brian.... Who promptly decided he was going to argue with the insurance guy and then clam up when he was told he was wrong. I finished the call and Brian told me flat out that he would not accept my trade under no circumstances. He was quite rude about the whole thing and I left the store quite livid! I'll be going to the main corporate store in Fayetteville tomorrow since I called them and they told me the missing screen protector was a non issue and they will be happy to help me there. DO NOT GO TO SANFORD IF YOU ARE TRYING TO TRADE YOUR PHONE! If by some chance you do, don't bother trying to talk to Brian.I personally refuse to go back to a place that treats me like I don't know anything....

I have been on the phone with 611 because I was turned away from having my bill corrected and having a fraudulent charge removed at the store. 611 representative is sending me back to the store to take care of the "free" tablet misunderstanding. If the store is unable to resolve this misrepresentation of their sale to me I will share in great detail.

Ryan and Bryan had Good in person customer service, terrible over the phone though... I left with great internet and 3 unusable but activated Sim cards, waiting for phones in the mail. I cant make a tmobile id to manage my account at all.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!Both agents need to be REPLACED quickly. A lot of RUDENESS,UNNECESSARY ATTITUDES, nobody knew what they were talking about at all.Why hire representative’s if they can’t answer customers questions. Definitely calling cooperate because the way we were treated was very disgusting!!!
