Made reservation online, quick and easy pick-up, staff was friendly and our u-haul 10 ft truck was clean and ready to go. Will say be prepared to gas up once leaving the lot as most trucks only has a quarter of tank of gas in them. Also a 10 ft truck has no ramp so consider this depending on what you’re moving.

I was getting frustrated trying to find the boxes I needed when the employee working there noticed my frustration and offered to help me. I got a glass pack kit and a dishwear kit. This allowed me to safely pack up my plates and my glasses. I appreciate their effort to provide good customer service.
