The tall girl with dark hair, glasses and facial piercings, who was at the front desk closest to the door today is not very friendly, kind, or responsive. Not good customer service or a good reflection of UPS.

This UPS location is terrible. From the customer service to the constant eye rolls and unnecessary comments, I would rather drive farther to other UPS locations than deal with this one. They need to get a new manager and change the culture of this place because it is unacceptable.

Always claim to have a notary but there is never one available. Seems like they are only available for 15 minutes out of the day. Nothing against the notary, just poor business practices to state you offer a service and not deliver.

July 2, 2025. I come in here about once a month and I’ve always received excellent service. Today was no different thanks to Spencer. She was so efficient knowledgeable and quick doing my returns. She helped me with my Amazon returns as my eyes are bad, and she was very courteous to me and professional
I hope the owners appreciate their awesome employees, and treats them accordingly

The staff is always very polite and professional. No other store or restaurant comes close to matching the kindness and outstanding attitude of the staff at this store.
It is difficult for me to understand the few negative reviews.
Kudos to the manager and the staff for the outstanding service and professionalism.
