Tiffany is hands down the worst representative I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with, the fact that she is a supervisor explains exactly why google and yelp have rated this place so low. Tiffany was rude, condescending, and had no interest in fixing my issue. She would talk over me while I was trying to reiterate what she said so I understood, she left me on hold 30m to review a package order, I paid for shipping and now they are saying they won’t deliver nor refund my money for it. I don’t live in state and have to ask hourly employees to go out of their way to pick up a package sent to their post office. They gave us absolutely no notice that it wouldn’t be delivered. Tiffany was done dealing with my issue, as she had been on the phone over an hour with me(70%of the time on hold) and decided it must be lunch time and disconnected the call. They won’t deliver my package to anyone without a slip (which nobody received) and I had to call to even find out where the package is. They decided my 40 pound package was too heavy. Absolutely appalled at the fact this lady is still working customer service, let alone SUPERVISOR. Fire this woman.

i had to get my passport renewed today and had the absolute pleasure of meeting arnell! he was very kind and an absolute doll to talk to, having conversations with him felt like talking to an old friend rather than having idle talk with a stranger. excited to get my passport in a few weeks and i’ll definitely be back to tell any adventure stories i may have! give him a raise!!

Wish they had something lower than one star. Got a post office box there so we could have a deliverable street address. Then when packages delivered to the street address they tell you to put on your package they send it back as an invalid address, then when confronting post office about it they blame it on someone else. Spent 45 minutes in there and then another hour on phone with the shipper to find out that the post office send it back to them and the address was verified by shipper to be correct. They have several gentlemen that work on the front window that are great and help you as much as they can. But the rest of the staff they need to clean house and start over with someone that cares about a job and does it professionally and pays attention to what they are doing. Also you will get confirmation of delivery of a package and it will take 2 to 3 days before it gets in your box. They want to go up on stamps and post office box but cannot deliver a package on time or get it in my post office box ??

Sanford needs a new functional Post Office. Lines out the door, one person working the counter, 5 stations completely unattended. Why no workers? Lee County taxpayers should be insensed that their taxes are paying for this big empty building.

Just another typical USPS experience. Huge post office. Mid afternoon and there’s a line out the door and there’s one postal worker running a cashier and five un-attended cashier stations. Look no further than the USPS to understand why the federal govt shouldn’t be running anything. We can do better.

It’s been 20 minutes. No one at the front counter. No workers and it appears no customer service for people during the holiday. This is simple so unprofessional. The worst post office I’ve been at in over 40 years

How can they run commercials about being "your " delivery service when they can't deliver packages on time. Waiting on 2 important parts that should have been delivered yesterday and still not here. Oh wait maybe because instead of loading on the truck they sent them to visit Randleman first. USPS is a joke all the way around. Late package deliveries and mail in wrong boxes. My tax money pays for illiterate mail carriers or what?

These people are horrible, orders go to the wrong mailbox, they never answer the phone, then when you go up there to address an issue they always have an attitude and don’t know how to talk to people. They need to shut this place down or fire everybody and hire some people who care about the job. SANFORD, NC 27330.

Lazy. Always backing into my driveway and still won't get out of vehicle to deliver packages. So now I have to take time out of MY day to go to the post office stand in line just to get what should've been delivered.

The help that I received these past 2 days have been great! They were super attentive and helped me in all ways that they could. Even though I was a little agitated and frustrated, both of the people that helped me were so patient and they understood my frustration.

Pretty sick of this post office having my packages arrive then sending them to other towns to sit for days. How hard is it to take a package that's already there and deliver it? This is the only post office this has happened to me. This has happened at least 6 times in the last year. I just can't figure out what sense it makes to have the package there then send it to Greensboro or rocky mount to sit for 2-4 days only to be brought back to Sanford then delivered

Packages are delivered to the light pole 50 yards from the front door. I'm in a wheelchair and the dogs get the packages before me. I lost a lot of Christmas presents because of this. I have pictures for proof.
