Amber was able to help me right away and David and her were able to get my son’s passport processed and expedited for us!! We can’t thank you both enough! “Helpful, courteous, efficient--what more could you ask for? The staff here are awesome. Tia, at the front counter, is warm, professional, and as patient as the day is long. The negative reviews here talk about the speed of the mail, or not getting personally handed their mail. I think those complaints are not relevant to the actual storefront, since they're beyond the control of the staff here. If you want more speedy or more personalized service, they need the funding to hire more people and improve the ratio of mail per mail-mover.
Call your representative, don't tank the reviews.

“I love this post office. The employees are quick and efficient. They also maintain their cool when dealing with very rude and abusive customers. I was in there the other day when a gentleman was cussing at the sweet clerk at the front counter. He did not even live in the town in which the office serviced the mail delivery for and was irate that his delivering office (the next town over) had misdelivered a parcel to him.The employee was trying to explain that he would have to notify his delivering office of the mistake in order to rectify it.He proceeded to curse her out and throw a parcel at her across the counter.She handled it well and told him to leave without ever losing her cool.”
