So, I recently moved to Burlington from the Raleigh area. I had thought that my mail service was bad before. Lost letters, delayed delivery, having to go to a mail center. Just a lot of wrong. Then I moved here. Even though I had a change of address notification apparently whomever lived here didn't. This leads to the age old problem of Reading is Fundamental. I keep refusing mail that isn't addressed to me...they keep delivering it. Additionally, in the 3 months I have been here so far, there isn't a single day when my mail carrier doesn't have a phone plastered to her head having loud conversations. She even drives while on the phone and since she is a government employee...smacks soundly of hypocrisy. I get daily notifications of what mail to expect but as my carrier isn't here every day I have NO idea when I will actually get them. It's a good thing I believe in paperless.billing or I would be in trouble with my utilities!
