“I had my car washed today at the Smithfield location and they did an amazing job. One young man found something in my car that I thought had been lost forever. It was a little blue lizard that my son gave to me almost 20 years ago that I have always kept with me in the car. Even when I’ve gotten newer cars, the lizard has come with me and we’ve been on money travels together. I was so happy to see that lizard after the car wash today. I almost started crying. I truly can’t thank you enough for the attention to detail that you take when you’re cleaning the cars. I will definitely become a repeat customer.”

“Assistant manager Brian was a great help. While i was vacuuming my floor mats on rhe ground, he aproached me and introduced me to the machine that will clean the floor mats by itself. I have been here many times in the past and never knew there was such a machine. He was very friendly and helpful. Also they always have some kind of promo deal going on that makes it worth a trip back. I recommend this car wash.”

“Magic Tunnel Car Wash is hands down superior to anything in its industry. I've tried others around Johnston County and most times when I do my walk around I have to call their attention to different things they miss. I typically try to go in times when these places aren't busy because I get when you need to be in churn and burn mode which I take into consideration if I do go during that time. Doesn't matter when I come through here, its consistently don't right. Every time. These guys crush it and I make specific trips out here for my car.”
