DeWaynes is not just a place to shop, it is truly an experience. You can stop by the candy shop or the ice cream shop grab a snack and then hit up the plant nursery - it is all so fun! But the real reason to go is the Christmas shop that opens in September - it is an immersive experience wandering through a breathtaking Christmas village where every beautiful festive thing you see is for sale. Even if you don't buy anything you should go to see the Christmas village - I do this every year. It is as much a part of our Christmas tradition as driving around and looking at Christmas lights on houses

Our whole family loves to shop at DeWayne’s. My son likes the variety of brands the men’s boutique carries. I enjoy their seasonal merchandise and decor. Be sure to visit the upstairs Attic where you can find a real bargain and enjoy a deep discount. There is literally something for everyone at DeWayne’s. All the employees are helpful and tonight Camellia checked me out with a smile and a thank you!

I shop at Dewayne's occasionally. My favorite sales person in The Boutique is Candy. I'm always glad to see she is working when I shop. Candy is very knowledgeable with the store's inventory. She suggests outfits that I may overlook, as was the case on my last visit. She is always ready to grab another size or make a suggestion on sizing. I love the items I bought the other day! Thank you Candy!

I absolutely love the store in general, I always come here when I’m shopping for family etc today unfortunately i experienced a different vibe, i literally had a older bigger lady with short hair that worked in the boutique shop ASSUME I couldn’t afford to shop in this store. She followed me and my niece around and was literally not even 5 ft from me making sure I wasn’t stealing I guess? I own my own business and I could buy everything in that store and not blink, but I guess because I’m in my thirties with tattoos she wanted to jump to conclusions. I still walked out of the boutique with the item I specifically was interested in which honestly she took out of my hands and told me to let her just hold it until I was ready, which was crazy to me and this is only ONE of the things she done. She honestly needs to be fired or disciplined for her actions and taught that this is a new day and age and she should never judge a book by its cover. I won’t be back to this store because of this. Raleigh will have to do.

Packaging and bringing an item to the front has never been an issue with me and it’s always been at the time I take it to the register to pay for it. This lady approached me as we were holding the watch band in my hand, asking did I need help? I told her no that I was just looking, which I was at the time. She then takes it upon herself to close the case back up and say “ well these are all the ones we have so I’m going to just close this case back up” when I was not done yet, I was picking several up as I’m sure u can check on the cameras to see which one I liked the best. So I let her close the case and then I decided to get one and she then said well I’m going to take it to the register and if you decide you want it you can give me your name when you leave and I’ll take it to the front. So as I look around I decided upon another watch band which is the one I purchased, and when I went to trade it she had an attitude and said “wow” and said what’s your name again, sally? I said no I told you Susan earlier. She had no response. So I go back to shopping, I head to the desk and tell them I’m ready to check out that I did not plan to go to any other store and the other associate asked me what my name was and what did I have, I told her and the lady didn’t even put my name on it. So it was all around a messy situation and way more than just you guys trying to make it look like it was a normal thing for her to do what she did, it wasn’t at all. 0/10 due to poor customer service.

I went to get ice cream and Jackie was excellent at helping me. She told me about the different flavors. She told me about all the fudges that you gave. She is definitely an asset to your company. ❤️

I love the Boutique at Dewayne’s especially when Lily is there to give me her opinion on items I try. She is wonderful at her job and the sweetest young lady! Thanks Lily for all you do to help customers at Dewayne’s! She has even helped me in the men’s section with items for my husband.

I visited this store on a Saturday this month and met one of the most helpful, welcoming person. Mykal(Michael to us) he is a true asset. His welcoming nature placed us at ease and I couldn’t help but spend a ton on all of the nice vases and items. I know I would not have shopped as much if not for him. He was so attentive and went above and beyond to answer questions, get items, and even got us water (this is just how long we were out there). Wonderful person on your staff. He should definitely be in management and train all the staff on the trueness of customer service. Thank you Mika!

Huge, beautiful.... they have almost any flower you've ever wanted. A lot of outdoor concrete garden decor. I had to remove one star as they are pricier than other nurseries I've frequented

Fairly new homeowner here in the area and searched for a place with beautiful flowers. Stopped in and bought a lovely pink perennial, two days later it dropped even after constant watering. A lady kind of blamed me for it dying by the way. Brought it back, I wasn't able to get a refund- instead an exchange. That was fine, got another one. It did the exact same thing, again even with constant watering. I'd beware of buying those here, I'm not able to speak for anything else.
Went to Lowe's, paid less than half the price for the same product. In this economy no one has extra money to just waste and that's what I did, they went in the garbage (twice). As a POC, I won't be back, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
