I dropped my car off and figured it would take about a week, waiting for the parts. His lovely wife gave me a ride home. He had it done within two days and that was with waiting for parts to come in. “He showed up on the car accident scene after police reached out to him and was very considerate and professional.He took our 2014 Ford Fiesta to his secured lot. The following day he communicated with us promptly so we could retrieve anything else from the car since it was deemed totalled by insurance. He even brought the car up to us so we didn't have to walk in the mud.You don't find that kind of kindness and thoughtfulness in the industry much these days. Hopefully he doesn't retire soon in case we ever find ourselves in similar situation again.”

They helped me in the towing of my pickup and had a very quick turnaround on my engine overhaul. (Replacement and reseal) they got all the quirks out and got her running in top shape! Before full mechanical diagnosis, the office and parts desk staff inspected my fluids and directed me to a nearby garage. I discovered Wynn Odom Ford when my truck had to be towed into their service department. At the point of breakdown, luckily they were the closest. I Don't trust many people to work on my 2008 F-350 Super Duty, but these guys quickly earned my trust. The cab of the truck had to be separated for this massive repair... I call it a rebuild. Wynn Odom's service bay has the Mega machinery needed to work on the full size trucks, unlike some repair shops I have seen over the roads. The right tools makes a huge difference to me! With the expertise of the right people... boom! Instantly my newest treasured dealership. Wynn Odom Ford is the Best place for our military to go to, too. Marines from Camp LeJuene, Airmen from Goldsboro BOTH can make the 40 minutes scenic drive to escape the shady dealerships in those areas, who prey upon our military. Worth the little road trip. Hey, I Don't work for Wynn Odom Ford, but if they have a position available, I'd join that team!”

Bergin Hartzog was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were looking to purchase and went out of her way to find the vehicle we wanted. She even introduced me to the gentleman who would be driving it to Goldsboro for the dealer swap when I expressed that I wasn't especially excited about someone else driving it and that helped ease my mind on the matter. Zan was very honest and we did not feel pressured to purchase anything which was nice. Kirstin Parrott is the first finance person that I have ever bought an extended warranty from when purchasing a new car. Kudos to her, she did a great job as well considering I told her we were not interested in the warranty when we originally sat down with her. I also wanted to mention that I'm typically very hesitant to bring a vehicle in for any kind of service to a shop that I am unfamiliar with. I am currently attending the WCC automotive program in pursuit of a hobby. Keevin is in my class. Knowing that you employ people like him in your service department makes me 100% comfortable bringing our new car there for service or repair in the future. Your people are representing you well and I'd absolutely recommend Deacon Jones Ford to my friends. The car was initially delivered with significant scratches but Jesus Diaz did a great job at restoring the car to nearly perfect. He saved the day with his detailing skills. The only thing left was a spoiler with cracked paint but Robby (the GM) committed to having it repainted/repaired as soon as I would be willing to bring it in for repairs. Kind Regards, Catherine”
