I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel this situation needs to be addressed. The store manager at this Dollar General location was cracking inappropriate jokes and speaking in a rude, dismissive manner during my visit. There was a clear lack of professionalism, especially from someone in a leadership role.
It’s important to remember that you never know what someone is going through mentally or emotionally. A little respect and kindness can go a long way. The manager’s behavior not only made me uncomfortable but also made the shopping experience unpleasant overall.
Everyone deserves to be treated with basic decency, regardless of the situation. I hope corporate or district leadership takes this seriously and provides proper training on professionalism and customer care moving forward.

I just passed this store at 9:30 and an employee was cleaning the outside doors and windows... I called the manager and told her I stay 10 mi away and will pass two other Dollar generals to shop at Your store because I know You're taking proper precautions with the uprise of COVID-19

The manager of this store is lying to customers. she looks into your eyes and lies. who taught her to lie? church? school? corporation DG? I bought the necessary items in the family dollar. good luck DG! hire the right staff.

Nothing bad I just got hired & accidentally put the wrong email and I have been calling everyday for the past week and a half most days no answers other days she isn’t working somebody please it’s already hard enough getting a job as is I have bills to pay how do I get this lady to answer me ?
