“It's a small postal outlet, bring cash...I do. And for those folks complaining about using plastic for the transaction, go to the main post office on Mercer St if you want to use debit or credit cards, otherwise bring cash. Always great service when I go and everyone is very friendly, except those customers complaining about not being able to use plastic for payment.”

“I’m only one person but I don’t have an issue with this location. Every time I have been in a hurry into get a package I’ve been able to call and get a hold on my package for pickup. I show up with my Id and my tracking info and leave happily with my package. Because I am aware that this is not a walk in postal office, I don’t have the expectation of being waited on or sitting in air conditioned lobby. However, they are polite and tend to obtain my package rather quickly. Because they deal with citizens mail, they have security protocols they must adhere to. This is a warehouse for employee of the USPS only. They sort the mail and ship it off. They exceed my expectation as far as I’m concerned.”

“I love the post office in Sharpsburg their customer service is amazing they’re always nice and sweet you can a crack joke with them and they can make you smile I never had no issue with this post office. They work just as hard we do I know it got to be hard sorting all that mail back their and keeping track of which is which so I praise them for that!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
